A Small Issue Became a New Change

It was past time for me to replace my shower door. The door itself had gotten to where it wouldn’t close or open without it sticking or needing to be tugged or pulled on really hard. I tried putting some lube on it to help it open easier but it didn’t work at all. I ended up having to look for someone who was a shower door installer in NJ to come and just put in a whole new door. That experience was well worth it!

When I found someone who was willing to come and work on the door, he noted my home and how things were laid out as well. He also noted that I had kids and the door that needed to be replaced was glass. I was really confused at first, but he explained that glass doors were less forgiving than putting in a glass-like door. I got a whole slew of information on the acrylic doors and how they bend with pressure, not break. If one of my kids fell against the glass, as it was now, the glass would have shattered. That really made me concerned, so I opted for a new door and panel to be put in. All of it was going to be changed to acrylic!

I am so glad that I did that because I got to pick from so many patterns and options. The installer told me how glass can’t have designs or cool textures but acrylic can. I picked a really cool door with hexagon designs etched inside. It wasn’t long after the doors were ordered that the installer was able to come and put it all in, which did give me an excuse to finally redo my whole bathroom in a cute bee design! When it was all done, I was so thrilled with how it all looked! I couldn’t be happier!
